New Frontier Immigration Law is seeking an experienced bilingual immigration paralegal to manage a high-volume family-based caseload from intake to resolution. You will draft and file relief applications for T-Visa and U-Visa, support client interview preparation, and ensure quality and accuracy at every stage of the case.

The role requires deep immigration knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience.
• Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required.
• Proficiency with legal case management systems; Filevine experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high-volume caseload with focus on family-based relief (T-Visa and U-Visa).
• Draft, review, and finalize application packets with all required evidence.
• Prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interviews and respond to RFEs promptly.
