Formación

• Bilingual Spanish-English required.
• 6+ months of humanitarian immigration case experience (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based).
• Experience taking declarations and drafting legal documents.
• Basic knowledge of immigration documents, processes and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and taking client declarations.
• Prepare middle‑role legal packets with cover letters, correspondence and forms using templates and case details.
• Research and information gathering.
• Learn and apply internal processes.
