Moran Agencies is seeking an experienced Bilingual Accounting Specialist to support the accounting operations of multiple U.S.-based businesses. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, meticulous reconciliation, and independent work in a remote setup.

Ideal candidates have proficiency in QuickBooks Online, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to communicate professionally in English and Spanish. This position offers remote collaboration across multiple entities.

Formación

• Professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform bookkeeping and transaction categorization.
• Complete bank and credit-card reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Assist with billing and payment processing.
• Review transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain supporting financial documentation.
• Assist with payroll and payroll reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end accounting procedures.
• Maintain an organized Chart of Accounts.
• Assist with QuickBooks Online.
• Identify discrepancies and accounting errors.
• Communicate accounting questions to management.
• Work with management, vendors, and team members.
• Support multiple companies and entities as needed.
