BairesDev is hiring a BI Engineer to architect and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards for global stakeholders. You will design complex data models, implement semantic layers, and develop SQL pipelines to ensure accurate, timely business metrics across the organization.

You should have 5+ years in BI/Data Engineering, strong SQL, and experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation and a multicultural, mentorship-rich environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Solid experience in data modeling and developing enterprise semantic layers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize complex data models and semantic layers to ensure a single source of truth for business metrics.
• Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BI environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Implement data governance best practices to ensure accuracy, security, and performance of BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and tune BI platform performance and data pipeline issues.
