BairesDev is seeking a Data Analyst to use data to help the business meet objectives, develop BI dashboards, generate hypotheses, and validate them with data. This is a remote role with global impact and collaborative opportunities with our Analytics team.

Working within a well‑recognized Analytics team responsible for managing Data Warehouse pipelines, you will contribute to both operational and strategic decisions that shape the future of the company.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with solid hands-on experience across any SQL database.
• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports and dashboards.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Collaborate with managers to build data products that support decision-making.
• Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.
• Identify and propose process improvement opportunities across the business.

What You'll Do
