BairesDev is hiring a Search Engineer (AI) to design and manage vector database architectures for semantic search, and to build inclusive RAG pipelines with embeddings and chunking strategies.

You will implement reranking techniques like ColBERT and Reciprocal Rank Fusion, integrate search into broader AI workflows, and help deliver production-grade retrieval capabilities in a fully remote team.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software/AI/Data Eng
• Proven expertise in building RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and vector databases
• Experience with embeddings and reranking algorithms
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage vector database architectures for semantic search
• Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Implement reranking techniques like ColBERT and RRF
• Build and maintain hybrid keyword/vector search solutions
• Evaluate search performance using RAGAS
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate search into LLM workflows
