Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or data science.
• Proven experience building LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on with fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Proficient in LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust RAG architectures grounding LLM outputs in external knowledge.
• Develop end-to-end LLM fine-tuning pipelines for domain adaptation.
• Optimize performance via advanced prompt engineering and context management.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents with LangChain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features.
