BairesDev is seeking an AI Research Scientist to lead the development of next-generation foundation models and multimodal systems. You will bridge theory and application, turning advanced research into scalable AI features for global impact.

The role emphasizes publishing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and building production-ready architectures using PyTorch or JAX, with 100% remote work and global opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AI Research or Machine Learning roles.
• PhD or MS in Computer Science or Machine Learning with a strong foundation in mathematics.
• Advanced proficiency in PyTorch or JAX.
• Proven publication record in novel research methods such as RL, VLMs, or diffusion.
• Hands-on experience developing foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced research into novel ML methods including reinforcement learning, diffusion models, and VLMs.
• Design and implement high-performance deep learning architectures using PyTorch and JAX.
• Contribute to the academic and professional community through high-quality research publications and conference presentations.
• Leverage strong mathematical foundations to develop and refine complex algorithms for multimodal understanding.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to transition innovative research concepts into production-grade AI features.
