BairesDev is hiring an AI Full-stack Engineer to own the frontend surface of a streaming chat app that expands into analytics views. You will build reusable components within a design system and extend Python services to support frontend needs.

The role emphasizes pixel-perfect UI, accessibility, and collaboration with Design. This is a senior-to-lead path with growth toward Staff scope, and 100% remote work with PST-hour alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js in TypeScript; 8+ years for lead scope.
• 2+ years building AI/LLM-driven apps.
• 2+ years of Python or 4+ years backend for lead scope.
• High attention to UI pixel accuracy and design spec fidelity.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the frontend surface of a streaming chat and analytics app.
• Build reusable components and hooks within an established design system.
• Extend Python services when frontend features require backend changes.
