Pearster is seeking a software engineer to design and prototype agent workflows using LangChain and related frameworks, with a focus on building autonomous agents for marketing tasks. You will develop task automation agents, implement RAG pipelines, and benchmark LLMs for speed and cost while collaborating with the Hiring Manager to iterate on use cases and validate the proof of concept.

Formación

• 3+ years in software engineering or ML with hands-on LLM workflows.
• Design and prototype agent workflows using LangChain or similar.
• Strong prompt engineering and tool-use chaining skills.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines (Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate).
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (Transformers, PyTorch).
• Familiar with Docker and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ability to work independently and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and prototype agent workflows using LangChain and/or similar frameworks.
• Develop task automation agents focused on marketing workflows (e.g., campaign execution, reporting, content validation).
• Build basic RAG pipelines and ReAct agents to improve agent response relevance and accuracy.
• Benchmark and test LLMs for speed, cost, and fitness to the use case.
• Work closely with the Hiring Manager To iterate on use cases and validate the POC.
