• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Strong Python or JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
• Prompt engineering, embeddings and vector databases knowledge.
• APIs and backend services integration experience.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a team.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.
• Production deployment and CI/CD proficiency.
• Agile/Scrum experience; ownership mindset.
