INGEPSY is seeking a skilled engineer to design and prototype agent workflows using LangChain and related frameworks. You will develop task automation agents for marketing workflows, build RAG pipelines with ReAct, and benchmark LLMs for speed and cost.

The role involves collaborating with the Hiring Manager to iterate on use cases and validate the PoC. Fully remote contractor with a competitive USD salary and generous PTO is offered.

Formación

• 3+ years in software or ML with 1+ year hands-on LLM workflows
• Experience designing and prototyping solutions with LangChain
• Strong prompt engineering, tool use, and agent orchestration
• Experience with vector DBs and building RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Transformers, PyTorch, LangChain)
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Ability to work independently and communicate with non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design and prototype agent workflows using LangChain and/or similar frameworks.
• Develop task automation agents for marketing workflows (campaign execution, reporting, content validation).
• Build basic RAG pipelines and ReAct agents to improve relevance and accuracy.
• Benchmark and test LLMs for speed, cost, and fitness to the use case.
• Work closely with the Hiring Manager to iterate on use cases and validate the PoC.
