Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design autonomous, multi-step systems that reason and execute complex tasks. You will architect agentic workflows, enabling models to use tools and collaborate to reach business goals with minimal intervention.

You will work remotely with a diverse, global team, leveraging modern AI frameworks to build reliable, safe agentic systems, and translate strategic goals into practical agent personas and tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems or agentic workflows.
• Proven expertise in building multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities such as tool calling and reasoning.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and state management.
• Proficiency in Python and implementing observability for long-running agentic workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve intricate, long-running workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend agent capabilities.
• Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning logic using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize agent performance through observability, monitoring for loops, and context rot.
• Ensure reliability and safety of agentic systems with evaluation guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into executable agent personas and task structures.
