Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Mobile Engineer (AI) to build AI-powered Android experiences in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll own features from idea to production using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with an emphasis on multi-agent orchestration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD.
• Full-stack range with ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with an AI-native approach.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Own delivery from product requirements through to production in a self-directed way.
• Contribute across web or backend layers when needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously.
