Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product development.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with AWS, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong communication across teams; able to influence engineering practices.
• Senior-level experience delivering production-scale software.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Focus on testing, observability, security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services and data.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and memory management.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment and operation workflows.
• Set standards for agent evaluation, observability, security and governance.
• Prototype new capabilities and turn experiments into production systems.
• Build complete, usable products, not just demos.
• Identify ways to improve engineering productivity via agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and shape agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect capabilities to outcomes.
