BairesDev is hiring a Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer to build AI-native Android products. You will lead features end-to-end, from a one-page idea to production, using multi-agent orchestration in a highly autonomous team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience with AI-native multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
• Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, ownership-driven.
• Full-stack capability and ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.
• Deep experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
• Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with no hand-holding.
• Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous team.
