Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help architect an enterprise AI assistant used across multiple business functions. You will stay hands-on, shaping orchestration design, retrieval strategies, and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.

The role emphasizes multi-agent setups, data access patterns, and collaboration with distributed teams. You will apply Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and RL/IR techniques, while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions with strong

Qualifications

Proven production experience with agentic or LLM platforms.
Strong Python development and software design skills.
Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration and tool invocation.
Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for orchestration.
Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) across sources.
Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with REST/GraphQL services on AWS.
Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to architecture decisions for an enterprise-scale AI platform.
Design multi-agent orchestration including skill invocation and routing.
Support retrieval strategies across structured and unstructured data.
Develop and evolve evaluation harnesses to validate AI system behavior.
