Touch Support is a multinational company seeking an Accountant to support our growing finance team. This fully remote role welcomes applicants anywhere in Colombia and offers training as you onboard, with collaboration across US-based leads.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, strong English skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to deadlines and problem-solving.

• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).

Aufgaben

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations.
• Process fortnightly payroll and month-end payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and business expenses.
• Verify balances, correct discrepancies, and manage vendor communications.

Job description:

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts;
• Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll;
• Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations;
• Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses;
• Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
• At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations;
• Proactive problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct);
• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
