Job summary

Hustler Marketing LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client campaigns and drive conversions. You will manage the client-agency relationship, plan and optimize email marketing campaigns, and collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver results.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain accountability across multiple campaigns and channels. A remote role with international clients is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months in a digital marketing role, with at least 6 months in email marketing.
• Proven track record of leadership delivering client campaigns.
• Ability to work independently without compromising on standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and overseeing marketing campaigns for assigned clients.
• Building strong client relationships to ensure productivity and trust.
• Planning, developing, and executing email/SMS campaigns and related flows for ~40 campaigns per month.
• Communicating client needs to the team and ensuring high-quality executions.
• Regularly reporting campaign performance and revenue impact to clients.
