Job summary

Hustler Marketing LLC in Medellín seeks an Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue. You will coordinate teams of copywriters, designers, and associates to plan, brief, and deliver campaigns with strong communication and accountability.

You will report to the Head of Account Managers, collaborate with the Service Director, and help innovate client strategies while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months in a digital marketing role, with 6+ months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership track record delivering client work
• Strong independence and time-management for remote work
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns and client relationships to drive sales and revenue
• Lead a team of creatives to deliver high-quality campaigns
• Coordinate campaign calendars, briefings, and timely delivery
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients
• Communicate client needs to cross-functional teams and ensure SLA adherence
