• 8+ years of software sales experience with 3+ years in sales management.
• Experience leading teams to quota attainment in a hunter model.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and CRM ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Territory Account Executives in Colombia and Peru.
• Set and execute a growth-driven new business acquisition strategy.
• Own pipeline reviews, forecasts, and performance metrics with rigor and precision.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders at SMB to mid-market accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer success, partners, and marketing to drive go-to-market motions.
