Job summary

Visa is seeking a senior payroll leader to manage and optimize Latin America and the Caribbean payroll operations across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. You will drive end-to-end payroll delivery, governance, and strategic projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while partnering with senior leaders across People, Finance, Controllership, Legal, Tax, and M&A.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple countries in a large multinational.
• Experience leading regional payroll strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax across LAC region.
• Proven leadership of payroll readiness and acquisitions integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll strategy and end-to-end delivery across LAC.
• Maintain payroll governance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Oversee payroll systems updates and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with People Team, Finance, Legal, Tax, and M&A to align priorities.
• Lead and develop Colombia payroll capability and regional leadership.
