Siemens Healthineers is seeking a field service engineer to provide technical guidance, perform remote diagnostics on MI-SPECT equipment, and develop action plans for complex issues. The role requires travel with primary focus on customers and sites.

You will mentor junior technicians, drive KPIs, and support on-site to online strategies while operating in a 1st shift framework. English and Spanish proficiency is required.

Formación

• Associates degree or vocational training in Electronics or Biomed Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Technical proficiency in repair of Siemens MI SPECT equipment of 10 years.
• Firm knowledge of DICOM, networking, computer use of Microsoft products.
• Travel required for customer meetings and technical repair 10%
• English & Spanish speaking a must

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance and document calls to the Uptime Service Center.
• Perform remote diagnostic evaluations of MI-SPECT equipment.
• Identify problems and provide action plans for complex issues.
• Preempt potential problems and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians (TST 1-3).
• Drive KPIs and Onsite-to-Online strategy to meet customer needs.
• Be on call and work rotating weekends/holidays.
• This is a 1st shift position.
