Mindray in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a clinical application service professional with strong training delivery skills to support IVD products across CLIA, Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Urine analyzers. The role includes evaluating regional service abilities, developing training plans, and providing fast technical solutions to CAS teams and HQ.

Travel for field support is required. The candidate will translate and adapt Spanish training materials for local trainings and provide

Formación

• 3+ years of clinical application service experience in IVD products (CLIA, Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urine analyzers).
• Experience delivering application trainings of IVD products.
• Experience providing technical support with troubleshooting, performance verification, big project management.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Well organized, able to function independently with minimal supervision, good cooperation with engineers and sales, CAS and HQ GTS.
• Willingness to be a field support role and to travel long distances for technical support.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast solutions to CAS colleagues when receive technical query or QE orders. Regular review of regional cases and develop effective issue handling solution or guide.
• Translate and develop Spanish training materials and implement it into local trainings.
• Provide first line support to sub-regions, monitor new product performance and give feedback to HQ.
• Provide technical support to big projects, such as TLA installations, high-level hospital installations.
• Summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.

Responsibility:

• Evaluate internal and external CAS teams' application service ability, provide corresponding trainings to them to improving their application service ability. Analyze internal and external training requirement, make regional training plan and carry out it correctly.
• Provide fast solutions to CAS colleagues when receive techincal query or QE orders. Regular review of regional cases and develop effective issue handling solution or guide.
• Translate and develop spanish training materials and implement it into local trainings.
• Provide first unit support to sub-regions, monitor new product perfomance and give feedback to HQ.
• Porvide technical support to big projects, such as TLA installations, high-level hospital installations.
• Summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.

Requirement:

• 3 or more years of clinical application service experience in IVD products, especially in CLIA, Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urine analyzers.
• Experienced in delivering application trainings of IVD products, knows well related technologies.
• Experienced in providing techical support with trouble shooting skills, have experience in performane verification, big project management.
• Good in both writen and spoken English.
• Well organized, be able to function independently with minimum supervision, good cooperation with other team like engineers and sales, CAS and HQ GTS.
• Willingness to be a field support role when needed, adapt to long time travel for technical support.
• Performs other ralted duties and responsibilites, on occasion, as assigned.
