inDrive is seeking a Regional Driver Operations Project Manager in Colombia to lead local supply strategy, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and coordinate marketing with the regional head. You will own projects end-to-end, prioritize backlogs, monitor funnel metrics from registration to active drivers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3+ years in project/product management for marketplaces or mobility, strong SQL and analytics

Formación

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Project/Product Manager, ideally in marketplaces, mobility, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills: SQL, dashboard usage, funnel metric interpretation.
• Experience running A/B tests and working with hypotheses.
• Experience managing a budget and evaluating acquisition channel efficiency.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, verification, support).
• Structured thinking, autonomy, results orientation.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with the global team.

Responsabilidades

• Own local projects within the supply strategy from scoping to delivery; prioritize the local backlog with the Regional Head.
• Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage the local digital budget for driver acquisition; control DAC and channel efficiency.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns together with marketing.
• Formulate hypotheses and set up A/B tests across the funnel; analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor key funnel metrics (registration → verification → active driver).
• Liaise with local marketing contractors/team; align campaigns with priorities.
• Provide regular reporting to the Regional Head on key metrics; implement horizontal standards and tools locally.
