Monster Energy LATAM is seeking a Business Development Manager for Central America. You will lead regional sales analytics, drive strategic initiatives, and own end-to-end data reporting across distributors and bottlers to accelerate growth paths and profitability.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in business analytics or development, strong Excel and Power BI skills, fluent English, and a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields. Power BI and Python experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics or business development.
• Experience managing direct reports is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive bold long-term strategic and tactical sales initiatives across the brand portfolio.
• Own regional analytics end-to-end with data accuracy and actionable insight.
• Prepare monthly sales and financial reports across distributors and bottlers; identify growth opportunities.
