T. Rowe Price is seeking a Rapid Insights Data Analyst to help the II business transform data into fast, actionable insights. You will intake requests, prioritize analyses, and deliver concise business-ready recommendations.

You will build dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools, enable KPI tracking, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative, agile analytics team environment supports growth, learning, and impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Operations Management, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in generating SQL queries.
• Proficiency with Python, including ML packages.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for communicating performance.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Intake, triage, and prioritize business questions.
• Clarify business questions, define the decision to support, and determine analytical path.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency, value, and stakeholder impact.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment, communicating assumptions and trade-offs.
• Use SQL, Python, and statistical methods for analyses and data pulls.
• Create and enhance dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to support decisions.
• Define and communicate KPIs and performance measures clearly.
• Translate analyses into concise, actionable insights for leadership.
• Prototype analyses and lightweight solutions to test value.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to scale durable solutions.
