Capgemini Engineering is looking for an experienced telecom/IT engineer to monitor and optimize mobile network performance. You will handle 24x7x365 incident monitoring, resolve DWDM/SDH transmission issues, and manage RAN elements across 2G-5G in collaboration with Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson platforms.

You will also support Cloud RAN deployments, work with virtualized components, and coordinate with field technicians to ensure installations meet client requirements.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in telecommunications or IT.
• Experience with DWDM/SDH transmission environments.
• Familiar with Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RAN across 2G-5G generations.
• Experience with network management tools.

Responsabilidades

• 24x7x365 incident monitoring of mobile networks and rapid response.
• Manage and resolve transmission network failures, create backup routes.
• Operate and maintain RAN elements across 2G-5G with Ericsson and Nokia.
• Support deployment of Cloud RAN and 5G Standalone environments.
• Coordinate with field technicians for RPC equipment installations.
