Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Quality Claims Analyst in Colombia. You will interact with local and global teams including manufacturing, service, distribution, pharmacovigilance, and product quality.

You will investigate customer-reported issues to ensure product safety and compliance. The role requires a background in chemistry or related fields, 2 years of quality or regulatory experience, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Academic background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Production, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage post-sale surveillance from customer feedback to final response.
• Coordinate investigations with manufacturing plants, service, distribution, and global teams.
• Evaluate post-sale cases to determine regulatory reporting needs (FDA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANVISA, Health Canada).
• Maintain effective communication with Pharmacovigilance teams for follow-up on adverse events.
• Conduct due diligence with customers to obtain required information for investigations.
• Participate in audits, No Conformity investigations, and CAPA processes.
• Support regulatory notifications and ensure timely compliance with authorities.
• Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical business practices.
