Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CQ Senior Analyst in Colombia, located in Bogota. The role focuses on governance, deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Commercial Quality Management System across the region.

You will partner with Commercial, Distribution, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Global Quality to ensure quality processes are consistently implemented and sustained within the commercial network.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or related quality functions within a regulated industry.
• Experience implementing and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience supporting commercial operations, including handling, storage and distribution activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of QMS requirements, procedures, systems, and initiatives across the region.
• Provide quality oversight for handling, storage, distribution, and other commercial operations.
• Drive compliance and effectiveness of quality system processes including document management, training, investigations, CAPA, change management, and risk management.
• Monitor quality metrics, trends, and process performance indicators to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Distribution, Regulatory Affairs, and Global Quality stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Provide technical guidance and training to regional teams, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and remediation of identified gaps.
• Demonstrate Credo values in all activities with commitment to quality, integrity, and patient safety.
