Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Bogotá. This fully on-site role involves ensuring quality across operational processes and enhancing service performance through KPI tracking and audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree related to Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management, along with at least 1 year of experience in QA roles. Proficiency in quality management systems and advanced Excel skills are crucial for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or final semesters) in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in QA roles.
• Experience in auditing processes, ideally within BPO environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across operational processes.
• Conduct KPI tracking and internal audits.
• Support initiatives to enhance service performance.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and KPI analysis

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience with process documentation

Advanced Excel and office tools

Intermediate to advanced English level

What we’re looking for:

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree (or final semesters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in QA roles (Quality Analyst, QA Coordinator, or similar)
• Experience in auditing processes, ideally within BPO environments

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and KPI analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and office tools
