Formación

• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in QA and project management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with software development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage, mentor and support QA team members.
• Determine and manage resource requirements for projects.

Conocimientos

Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Bug tracking tools

Stakeholder management and communication

White-box/gray-box testing techniques

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
