Electronic Arts in Bogotá seeks a highly skilled Quality Lead Tester to lead the QA team and ensure delivery of high-quality software. You will coordinate testing activities, design and execute tests, and improve quality processes within a collaborative, global environment.
The role requires hands-on QA leadership, strong testing expertise across platforms, and fluent English communication. This position is based in Bogota with on-site requirements and extensive benefits for the local team.
Formación
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- 2+ years of experience with test tools, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
- Understanding of game development and interdisciplinary dependencies.
- Designed and executed robust test cases and test suites.
- Basic proficiency in test automation is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and coordinate the QA team to deliver high-quality software.
- Complete test scenarios and identify new testing scope.
- Execute regression tests based on project complexity.
