Electronic Arts in Bogote1 is seeking a QA Project Manager to oversee QA planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting for game development initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor QA staff, and align schedules with development partners to ensure milestones are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in QA and project management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with white-box/gray-box testing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QA project planning and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Balance scope, timelines and overall project quality; modify priorities as needed.
• Coordinate reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor QA team members; conduct performance reviews and development.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and producers to align expectations.
