Electronic Arts (EA) Bogotá is seeking an Associate Quality Designer to guide quality practices across QV by partnering with Development, Tech and Production teams. You will report to the QA Development Manager and work with multiple teams to ensure a high-quality player-first experience.

This onsite role is based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will lead quality strategy, create test plans, drive end-to-end coverage, and promote a player-oriented approach while mentoring peers and advancing QA

Formación

• 2+ years of applicable QA experience.
• Experience making qualitative and data-driven decisions within a QA environment.
• Understanding of QA processes, workflows, defect and task tracking software.
• Football game domain knowledge with a player-first mentality.
• Experience working in an embedded, integrated product team (Development + QA).

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality process for assigned features and create test plans to ensure end‑to‑end coverage.
• Evolve tools and processes to expand capabilities and improve efficiency.
• Provide qualitative feedback to identify design and usability issues for a better player experience.
• Report high impact bugs and use data to inform test prioritization and QA coverage.
