• 1-3 years professional administration experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for transactional administrative requests from PSD teams
• Execute standardized, repeatable tasks in business systems per defined framework
• Capture job requests into FDP system and add resources demand using standard templates and workflows
• Collect information and create service quotes, job tickets; ensure completeness before sending to local teams
• Record field consumption, mobilization and demobilization requests in FDP, FLM, SAP
• Enter, update, and maintain data in FDP, FLM, SAP as directed by PSD team
• Monitor data quality, flag inconsistencies and missing entries
• Interact with BCOE to support invoicing and trigger corrections when needed
• Maintain trackers for escalations and PSD requests
• Facilitate information flow between hub specialists and local PSD teams
• Escalate blockers to function leads
• Ensure all administrative processes follow hub standards
• Contribute to knowledge base updates and maintain hub templates, SLAs, RACIs
• Support transition activities when new tasks moved to the hub
