SNP Group in LATAM is seeking an SAP Project Manager to join our COE Team in high-impact technology transformation projects. The candidate must reside in Colombia and bring 5+ years of SAP IT project leadership across migrations and S/4HANA conversions.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects within scope and schedule while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Advanced English is required, with travel across LATAM expected.

Formación

• Experience in SAP migration, carve-out or S/4HANA conversion projects.
• PMP or Agile certifications.
• 5+ years of IT/SAP projects end-to-end.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience with consulting firms or system integrators.
• MS Project, Jira, and MS Office proficiency.
• Advanced English (B2/C1).
• Travel availability across LATAM.

Responsabilidades

We are currently seeking an SAP Project Manager to join our COE Team and participate in high-impact technology transformation projects in the LATAM region.

The candidate must reside in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do In This Role

• Lead SAP projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of the project, defining timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, high performance, and alignment toward project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project objectives.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, resource utilization, forecasts, and overall project profitability.
• Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements, project standards, and client expectations.
• Track project performance through KPIs and project metrics, preparing executive reports and presentations for clients and senior leadership.
• Manage scope changes by assessing their impact, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring proper approval and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices while driving continuous improvement across projects.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove project roadblocks to keep initiatives on track and support successful delivery.
• Lead project closure activities, including knowledge transfer, final documentation, lessons learned, and formal project handover.

Requisitos

• Experience in SAP migration, carve-out or S/4HANA conversion projects.
• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Previous work with consulting firms or system integrators.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT/SAP projects end-to-end.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Project management tools (MS Project, Jira,).
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of SAP environments and migration concepts.
• Familiarity with risk, scope and budget management frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English (B2/C1).
• Travel availability across LATAM.
