Holcim ADC in Medellín, Colombia, seeks an SAP PP/PM Specialist to lead business requirement alignment and the functional design for PP and PM modules in strategic M&A and regional implementation projects.

You will join a SWAT-like team focused on high-impact solutions, coordinating with plant leaders and stakeholders to ensure standardization and seamless integration across MM, CO, and QM, with at least five years of SAP PP/PM experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of proven SAP PP and SAP PM implementation, rollout, or integration experience.
• Hands-on participation in at least one full-lifecycle implementation (Greenfield) or company merger/acquisition integration.
• B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English proficiency to interact effectively with regional teams and international stakeholders.
• Desirable: Experience in SAP QM or SAP PS modules.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure 'To-Be' process models for SAP PP and SAP PM during regional rollouts and new company integrations.
• Translate business needs into standard SAP technical solutions prioritizing viability and process optimization.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support for SAP PP/PM projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of PP/PM with MM, CO, and QM within the SAP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with plant leaders, project directors, and regional stakeholders to drive standard adoption with autonomy and negotiation.

El Especialista SAP PP/PM liderará la articulación de requerimientos de negocio y el diseño funcional para la integración de los módulos de Planificación de Producción (PP) y Mantenimiento de Planta (PM) en proyectos estratégicos de fusiones, adquisiciones (M&A) e implementación regional.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Diseñar y configurar los modelos de proceso "To-Be" para los módulos SAP PP y SAP PM en proyectos de integración de nuevas compañías y rollouts regionales.
• Traducir necesidades complejas del negocio e iniciativas de planta en soluciones técnicas estándar de SAP, buscando siempre la viabilidad operativa y la optimización de procesos.
• Liderar las fases clave del ciclo de vida de proyectos: análisis fit-gap, migración de datos, pruebas integradas, capacitación y acompañamiento en salidas en vivo (go-live).
• Asegurar la integración fluida de los módulos PP y PM con el resto del ecosistema SAP, especialmente con áreas de Gestión de Materiales (MM), Finanzas (CO) y Calidad.
• Coordinar activamente con líderes de planta, directores de proyecto y stakeholders regionales para gestionar la adopción de estándares corporativos con alta autonomía y capacidad de negociación.

Requisitos del Perfil

• Profesional graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración o carreras afines.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable en proyectos de implementación, despliegue o integración en los módulos SAP PP y SAP PM.
• Haber participado directamente en al menos una implementación desde cero (Greenfield) o en procesos de integración/fusión de compañías.
• Nivel de inglés B2 (conversacional) para interactuar con equipos y aliados regionales.
• Deseable: Conocimientos o experiencia complementaria en los módulos SAP QM (Gestión de Calidad) o SAP PS (Project Systems).

Role Mission

The SAP PP/PM Specialist will lead business requirement alignment and functional design for the integration of Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules within strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and regional implementation projects. This position is part of a dedicated SWAT team focused strictly on high-impact projects and solution architecture, completely free from operational ticket support or routine helpdesk tasks.

• Key Responsibilities Design and configure "To-Be" process models for SAP PP and SAP PM modules during regional rollouts and new company integration projects.
• Translate complex business needs and plant initiatives into standard SAP technical solutions, prioritizing operational viability and process optimization.
• Lead key project lifecycle phases: fit-gap analysis, data migration, integration testing, key user training, and go-live support.
• Ensure seamless integration of PP and PM modules across the SAP ecosystem, specifically with Materials Management (MM), Finance & Controlling (CO), and Quality Management (QM).
• Collaborate actively with plant leaders, project directors, and regional stakeholders to drive corporate standard adoption with high autonomy and strong negotiation skills.
• Candidate Profile & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SAP PP and SAP PM implementation, rollout, or integration projects.
• Hands-on participation in at least one full-lifecycle implementation (Greenfield) or company merger/acquisition integration.
• B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English proficiency to interact effectively with regional teams and international stakeholders.
• Desirable: Complementary experience or knowledge in SAP QM (Quality Management) or SAP PS (Project Systems).
