SNP Group in LATAM is seeking an SAP Project Manager to join our COE Team in high-impact technology transformation projects. The candidate must reside in Colombia and bring 5+ years of SAP IT project leadership across migrations and S/4HANA conversions.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects within scope and schedule while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Advanced English is required, with travel across LATAM expected.

Formación

• Experience in SAP migration, carve-out or S/4HANA conversion projects.
• PMP or Agile certifications.
• 5+ years of IT/SAP projects end-to-end.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience with consulting firms or system integrators.
• MS Project, Jira, and MS Office proficiency.
• Advanced English (B2/C1).
• Travel availability across LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP projects from initiation to successful completion within scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control all project phases with defined timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment to objectives.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, forecast resource needs and profitability.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and standards.
• Track performance with KPIs and report to executives.
• Manage scope changes with proper approvals and implementations.
• Ensure governance, methodologies and continuous improvement across projects.
• Facilitate decisions and remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.
• Lead project closure, knowledge transfer and lessons learned.
