Stefanini LATAM busca un Scrum Master para liderar equipos de desarrollo y entregar productos digitales en Colombia, gestionando backlog, planificando sprints y mejorando la eficiencia operativa a lo largo del ciclo de vida del sistema.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en metodologías ágiles, habilidad para gestionar dependencias y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders globales. Se valoran certificaciones y conocimiento de procesos de negocio de operaciones comerciales y suministro.

Formación

• Experiencia demostrable como Project Manager, Scrum Master o Agile Delivery Lead en desarrollo de software.
• Certificación PMI requerida (Scrum Master/PMI) o equivalente.
• Dominio de idiomas portugués e inglés; español técnico es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la ejecución end-to-end del backlog de entrega de productos digitales, asegurando que se alcancen objetivos de Sprint y compromisos de entrega.
• Facilitar ceremonias ágiles: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews y Retrospectives.
• Mantener métricas ágiles (velocidad, rendimiento) y artefactos de entrega, eliminando impedimentos con impacto en la entrega.
• Colaborar con Product Owners, arquitectos y diseñadores para priorización y definición de historias de usuario.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones

Professional of information technology or engineering, addressing all phases from scope definition to solution release, as well as providing operational efficiency approach for running / support and maintenance service along the system life-cycle. The S&OM Scrum Master is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of a prioritized software development backlog for Digital Products focused on these business areas

• Work together with Supply & Order Management process /product owners, IT CoE Head, IT Business Partners and Solutions Architect to define the best approach in project strategy and prioritization, effort estimations, technical resource selection; establishes estimates and ensures clear project definition, proposal and plan
• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Digital Product delivery backlog, ensuring that Sprint goals and release commitments are met; acting as Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure transparency and flow across the delivery lifecycle by maintaining Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) and delivery artifacts; identify, track, and proactively remove impediments with possibility to impact team delivery or flow.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, architects, and designers to support backlog refinement, prioritization and readiness; ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated and aligned with product goals, technical and quality standards.
• Develop implementation plan outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Works with functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure including program guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure and new roles are developed and communicated.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and outcomes clearly to IT and business stakeholders; manage dependencies across teams, platforms, and external vendors, escalating risks and issues when required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in software development environments (Scrum Master/PMI Certification required)
• Strong ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Practical experience implementing or supporting agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Kanban, Crystal, XP / eXtreme Programming, etc.)
• Knowledge about business processes related to commercial and supply operation (Order To Cash, Billing, Product Delivery, Order Management, WM/IM, etc.)
• Languages: ability to fluently talk, write and read in Portuguese and English (optional: Spanish for technical and business terms as a plus)
• Optional: MSc Project Management
• Applies general understanding of how the team relates to other closely related areas to improve efficiency of own team and ensure achievement of objectives and targeted results
• Coach team members on Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices, supporting continuous improvement; fostering a high-performing /productivity, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Promote strong engineering practices in collaboration with technical leads (e.g., CI/CD, test automation, DevOps, cloud-native development).
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members and external partners.
• High accountability and proactive attitude
• Identifies and resolves complex functional technical, operational and organizational problems with medium to high complexity, identifying the most appropriate solution based on practice and precedent
• Apply Lean principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve time-to-value

• Localización Brasil: brasilero(a) o colombiano(a) con experiencia importante en proyectos (6-8 años) y al menos 3 años de experiencia en proyectos directamente relacionados con SAP (pueden estar dentro de los 6-8 años completos)
• Localización Colombia: brasilero(a) viviendo en Colombia o colombiano(a) que haya tenido experiencia en Brasil con proyectos o programas SAP – mínimo 6 años de experiencia
