Matrix-International Financial Services in Colombia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional software and data science initiatives across the LATAM region. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage scope, budget and timelines, and drive value through effective risk management.

Fluency in Spanish required; PMP/CSM/PSM/CSPO or KMP certifications preferred. Travel up to 20% is possible, with remote and hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• One or more certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP.
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

You will be the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities:* Project Leadership:* Drive one or more concurrent projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with internal technical teams and external clients.* Client Engagement:* Lead client meetings including demos, workshops, and steering committees. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to senior stakeholders.* End-to-End Ownership:* Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and change management processes.* Risk & Value Management:* Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
