CBTW is a global tech solutions company seeking a strong leader to oversee software product quality and the strategic/operational vision for development programs in a hybrid Bogotá setting.

The role emphasizes driving process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring leaders to elevate performance, quality, and delivery across multiple locations and time zones.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in a software development environment, production life cycle, tools, processes and execution planning.
• 10+ years of experience in people and project management in an Agile framework.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (including test strategy, implementing test methodologies, test automation, driving best practices, building teams, finding and providing solutions).
• 6+ years of experience in Java frameworks.
• Experienced with financial management, budget tracking, cost estimates and constraints.
• Experience working within a collaborative team environment across many locations/time zones.

The role

We are seeking an accomplished leader with a strong commitment to enhancing software quality to oversee our software products. Development Managers are responsible for shaping and executing the Strategic Planning and Operational Vision.

Job Location

This position necessitates working in a hybrid capacity from Bogotá, Colombia.
