ComAp Group in Colombia is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end solution projects, including integration of control units and customization for applications. You will coordinate design, production, installation, commissioning and service entry, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.

The role requires Spanish and English fluency, 3–5+ years of project management experience in industrial or technical sectors, and PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in industrial, energy, or technical sectors.
• Bilingual Spanish and English are required.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Identify, analyze and manage project scope and objectives, and manage risks that may adversely affect project delivery.
• Manage commercial risk and contractual obligations.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Review and evaluate each project upon completion, providing feedback and improvement to key internal stakeholders, including lessons learned.
• Provide clear and accurate documentation related to all aspects of projects including risks and mitigation strategy. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers (internal and external)
• Proactively respond to customer queries and/or concerns
• Manage project costs, including labor hours and expenditure.
• Regularly monitor performance against the project plan
• Ensure that staff follow health and safety regulations
• Supervise and provide guidance to graduates, contractors and/or tradespeople involved in projects.

Project Manager (PM) supports complete solution projects which consisting of integration of products (control units) and customization for an application. PM plays a key role in coordination of project including design, production, delivery, installation, commissioning, project validation and entering into service. PM task is to coordinate and cooperate on all projects portfolio to effectively plan resources.
