GMS is a proactive Project Manager sought to deliver telecommunications projects across global markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure successful implementation for clients.

You will lead planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting while driving PMO process improvements and change initiatives to optimize project workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar in international settings.
• Client-facing experience is required.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, and analytical abilities.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our team and deliver telecommunications projects across global markets. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions for our clients.

What Will You Do

• Planning & Documentation. Develop project passports, plans, milestones, and related documentation to support successful project initiation and execution.
• Budget & Risk Management. Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and proactively manage risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Cross-Functional Leadership. Build and lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities throughout the project pipelines, and drive team performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement. Build, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with global partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring their active engagement throughout the project.
• Reporting & Transparency. Provide regular and accurate status updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability.
• Process Improvement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, workflows, and reporting standards.
• Change Management. Lead change initiatives related to project transitions, including communication and adoption strategies, and identify opportunities to improve project workflows.

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing complex projects, preferably within international environments.
• Client-facing experience is a must.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is highly appreciated.
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, strong analytical skills, and technical aptitude.
