Formación

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years in software development with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Strong background in culture of innovation and value adds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external (client) stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Drive best practices in tech (software development, DevOps) and process (agile methodologies).
• Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship and performance evaluation for engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Work closely with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage project Plans, risks, budgets, and technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
