Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Financial Project Manager to lead the financial aspects of strategic projects in Colombia. You will manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial controls while supporting decision-making and project performance.

You will work with Project Managers, Financial Analysts, and leaders to analyze results, mitigate risks, and deliver executive reports. Strong English and French, plus PMP/CFA/CPA assets, are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; MBA desirable.
• 10 years of experience in project financial management.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for complex projects.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, management, and control of projects through their lifecycle.
• Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee project revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure financial and contractual objectives are achieved.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and financial efficiency initiatives across the organization.
