Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active to optimize our enterprise software footprint.
The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and API skills, and a CS/IT degree.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog & requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories for development teams.
- Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive flow testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide system expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
