Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan WMS solutions and drive API integrations with ERP and TMS systems.

As an expert in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, you will lead requirement elicitation, testing, and architecture discussions while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT in logistics/WMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integration.
• CS degree; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
