Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and technical development, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active. You will shape the enterprise software footprint and drive optimization across supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery and end-to-end flow testing.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
