Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

The role emphasizes ownership of backlog, API integration, end-to-end testing, and deep ERP/TMS interfaces. A strong background in WMS configuration, SQL, and agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and bridge technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex edge cases prior to UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
